Refund Policy
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered.
Exceptions:
- Product not working as described (with proof)
- Duplicate purchases (same product, same account)
- Technical issues we cannot resolve
How to Request Support:
Open a ticket in our Discord server with your invoice ID and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you within 24 hours.
Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first will result in a permanent ban from our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
